Abstract
U radu je prikazan osnovni koncept pasivnih kuća. U početnom dijelu rada objašnjen je razlog nastanka pasivnih kuća zajedno s osnovnim zahtjevima i značajkama. Pod značajkama je opisana toplinska izolacija, građevinski otvori, ventilacija i uloga obnovljivih izvora energije. U drugom dijelu rada prikazani su određeni koraci kojim bi se smanjila potrošnja energije prilikom životnog ciklusa zgrade. Objašnjena je prednost modularne gradnje, utjecaj geometrijskog oblika, utjecaj krajolika i sunčevih zraka, značaj pri odabiru materijala i važnost pravilne ventilacije. Također je prikazana prilagodba pasivnih kuća u drugim klimatskim zonama.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the basic concept of passive houses. In the initial part of the work, the reason for the creation of passive houses is explained along with the basic requirements and features. Thermal insulation, building openings, ventilation and the role of renewable energy sources are described. In the second part of the paper, certain initiatives are presented that would reduce energy consumption during the life cycle of the building. The advantage of modular construction, the influence of geometric shape, the influence of the landscape and sun′s rays, the importance of choosing materials and the importance of proper ventilation are explained. Adaptation of passive houses in other climate zones is also presented.
