Abstract
Otok Krk obuhvaća sedam jedinica lokalne samouprave (Grad Krk, Općina Malinska-Dubašnica, Općina Omišalj, Općina Dobrinj, Općina Vrbnik, Općina Baška i Općina Punat), koje svojim prostornim značajkama i stanjem u prostoru pružaju temelj za gospodarski i društveni razvoj. Svaki zahvat u prostoru provodi se na temelju prostornih planova, koji su osnovni dokumenti lokalnih samouprava u korištenju i zaštiti prostora. U ovom diplomskom radu detaljno se analizira provedba dokumenata prostornog uređenja na području otoka Krka kroz broj izdanih akata prostornog uređenja i gradnje. Daje se pregled važećih prostornih, urbanističkih i detaljnih planova uređenja za sve otočke jedinice lokalne samouprave. Rad također sadrži analizu ukupnog broja pojedinačnih akata za gradnju i uporabu, razvrstanih po jedinicama lokalne samouprave i godinama, prikaz ukupnog broja izdanih upravnih i neupravnih akata tijekom desetogodišnjeg razdoblja 2013. - 2022. i zaključak o tome što je sve utjecalo na broj izdanih akata.
Abstract (english)
The Island of Krk encompasses seven local government units (City of Krk, Municipality of Malinska-Dubašnica, Municipality of Omišalj, Municipality of Dobrinj, Municipality of Vrbnik, Municipality of Baška, and Municipality of Punat), which, with their spatial characteristics and spatial conditions, provide the foundation for economic and social development. Every intervention in the area is carried out based on spatial plans, which serve as fundamental documents for local self-governments monitoring the use and protection of the environment. This thesis extensively analyzes the implementation of spatial planning documents on the Island of Krk through the number of spatial planning and construction documents issued. It involves an overview of valid spatial, urban, and detailed development plans for all the island's local government units. The paper also conducts an analysis of the total number of individual acts for construction and use, classified by the local government units and years, presenting the overall number of administrative and non-administrative acts within a ten-year observed period of 2013. - 2022. In conclusion, the thesis outlines the factors that have an influence on the number of issued acts.
