Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obrađena je montažna stambena zgrada sa zidnim panelima od opečnih blokova. Zidni paneli se izvode u pogonu od opečnih blokova, te se na gradilištu povezuju vertikalnim i horizontalnim serklažima, tvoreći time omeđeno ziđe. Provedeno je dimenzioniranje i razrada međukatne i krovne konstrukcije “fert” stropa, te prikazan plan polaganja “fert” gredica i armature stropne i krovne konstrukcije. Raspored i dimenzije nosivih zidova odabrani su tako da zadovoljavaju uvjete za „Jednostavne zidane zgrade“ prema HRN EN 1998-1. Nosivost zidova provjerena je na stalno i uporabno opterećenje te uvjete za omeđeno ziđe u potresnim područjima. Prikazana je armatura i detalji povezivanja horizontalnih i vertikalnih serklaža.
Abstract (english)
In this final year thesis a prefabricated residential building with wall panels made of brick blocks is evaluated. The panels are manufactured in a precast plant from brick blocks, and are then connected on the construction site by horizontal and vertical confining elements, thereby forming confined masonary. The structural design and detailing of the floor and roof was made, and the layout plan of the “fert” beams and the mesh reinforcement is presented. The layout and dimensions of the load-bearing walls were chosen to meet the requirements for "Simple masonry buildings" according to HRN EN 1998-1. The load-bearing capacity of the walls was analysed for selfweight and serviceable loads and for the conditions for confined masonary walls in seismic areas. Reinforcement details for horizontal and vertical confining elements are also presented.
