Abstract
Ovim završnim radom prikazan je proces projektiranja obiteljske kuće na otoku Krku, mjesto Gabonjin. Završni rad sastoji se od dva dijela. U prvom dijelu rada navedeni su opći podaci obiteljske kuće te njene opće podjele koje su pokrjepljene primjerima povijesne i suvremene arhitekture u Hrvatskoj i svijetu. Primjeri su analizirani na način da se što preciznije opišu koristeći pojmove: osnovna funkcija objekta, komunikacije prostora, odnosi različitih prostora, volumen, važnost konstrukcija u definiciji prostora, materijali, boja i tekstura. Drugim dijelom završnoga rada prikazan je projektni zadatak koji je zadan od strane investitora. Projektni zadatak sastoji se od pravilnika (stambeno poticajna stanogradnja), mikrolokacije i makrolokacije otoka Krka, projektno – tehničke dokumentacije te zahtjeva odnosno želja investitora. Poseban naglasak se stavlja na proces izgradnje obiteljske kuće nakon što se dobije građevinska dozvola koja se dobiva glavnim projektom.
Abstract (english)
This final paper describes the process of designing family houses on the island of Krk, Gabonjin. The final paper consists of two parts. The first part of the paper provides information on single-family homes, and its general divisions are examples of historical and contemporary architectures in Croatia and the world. The examples were analyzed in such a way as to describe as accurately as possible the concepts used: basic function of the object, communication spaces, relationships of different spaces, volume, importance of construction in the definition of space, materials, colors and textures. In the second part, the final paper presented the project assignment given by the investor. The terms of reference consist of ordinances (housing incentive housing), microlocation and macrolocation of the island of Krk, project technical documentation and requrements of the investor. Particular emphasis is placed on the process of construction of single-family homes after obtaining a building permit that has been awarded to main design.
