Abstract
Kako bi postigli održiv sustav vodoopskrbe i racionalizirali potrošnju vode potrebno je poznavati čimbenike koji negativno utječu na održivost. U ovom radu prikazane su klimatske promjene koje se dešavaju i koje će se nastaviti budućnosti. Kako bi se pratile klimatske promjene opisani su regionalni i globalni klimatski modeli koji omogućavaju prikupljanje podataka. Na temelju dostupnih podataka opisane su štete koje uzrokuju promjene temperatura, oborina, pojava suša ili jakih oluja na vodne resurse i čovjeka. Zbog adekvatnog planiranja i rukovanja vodnim resursima potrebno je provesti hidrološko modeliranje. U svrhu upozorenja od prevelikog crpljenja vodnih resursa opisan je indeks eksploatacije vode koji prikazuje veličinu pritiska na vodne resurse. Održivo gospodarenje vodom ugroženo je sa više strana neke od tih strana su ljudske djelatnosti, urbanizacija i klimatske promjene. Korištenje obnovljivih izvora energije može olakšati pravilno gospodarenje vodnim resursima.
Abstract (english)
In order to achieve a sustainable water supply system and rationalize water consumption, it is necessary to know the factors that negatively affect sustainability. This paper presents the climate changes that are happening at the moment and that will continue to happen in the future. In order to monitor climate change, regional and global climate models that allow data collection are presented. Based on the available data, the damage caused by changes in temperature, precipitation, droughts or severe storms on water resources have been described. In order to plan adequatly and handle the water resources, it is necessary to conduct hydrological modeling. For the purpose of warning against excessive depletion of water resources, a water exploitation index is described, which shows the magnitude of water resource usage. Sustainable water management is threatened in several ways, some of which are human activities, urbanization and climate change. The use of renewable energy sources can make the proper management of water resources easier.
