Abstract
Tema ovog rada je analiza i usporedba više vrsta agregata raznih proizvođača i primjena agregata u pripremi betonskih mješavina. Opisani su postupci izvlačenja šljunka iz riječnih nalazišta i način proizvodnje drobljenog agregata u kamenolomu. Dana su svojstva pojedinih agregata proizvođača iz Hrvatske. Navedeno je koja se sve ispitivanja fizikalnih, kemijskih i mehaničkih svojstava kamenog agregata provode za agregate za beton prema HRN EN 12620. U Laboratoriju za materijale Građevinskog Fakulteta u Rijeci provedena su ispitivanja i dobiveni pojedini parametri drobljenog agregata. Rezultati koji su dobiveni uspoređeni sa specifikacijama laboratorija pojedinih proizvođača agregata.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is the analysis and comparison of several types of aggregates from different manufacturers and the application of aggregates in the preparation of concrete mixtures. The processes of gravel extraction from river deposits and the method of production of crushed aggregate in the quarry are described. The properties of individual aggregates of Croatian producers are given. It is stated which all tests of physical, chemical and mechanical properties of stone aggregate are performed for concrete aggregates according to HRN EN 12620. In the Laboratory for Materials of the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Rijeka tests were performed and individual parameters of crushed aggregate were obtained. The results obtained are compared with the laboratory specifications of individual aggregate manufacturers.
