Abstract
Ceste su važan element za povezivanje sela, naselja, gradova, županija, država ali i za promet različite vrste robe. U današnje vrijeme važnost cesta za život ljudi sve više raste, stoga je potrebno ceste održavati i redovito vršiti pregled kako bi se sačuvale te kako bi sigurnost prometovanja bila na razini. Vizualnim pregledom ceste uočavaju se različita oštećenja i deformacije koje se bilježe kroz katalog oštećenja te saniraju ovisno o intenzitetu oštećenja. Ovim radom obrađene su ceste na području Cerovlja čime je dan pregled oštećenja tih dionica te prijedlog sanacije. Faktori koji utječu na oštećenja cesta su povećani broj prometa, industrija, turizam, Istarski ipsilon pod naplatom te na koncu Županijske uprave za ceste Istarske županije koje su upravitelji tih cesta te koje su zadužene za održavanje cesta.
Abstract (english)
Roads are an important element for connecting villages, settlements, cities, counties, states, but also for the traffic of different types of goods. Nowadays, the importance of roads for people's lives is growing, so it is necessary to maintain roads and regularly inspect them in order to preserve them and to ensure traffic safety. Visual inspection of the road reveals various damages and deformations that are recorded through the catalog of damages and repaired depending on the intensity of the damage. This work covered the roads in the area of Cerovlje, which gave an overview of the damage to these sections and a proposal for rehabilitation. Factors affecting road damage are increased traffic, industry, tourism, the Istrian Y under toll and finally the County Road Administration of the Istrian County, which are the managers of these roads and which are in charge of road maintenance.
