Abstract
U ovoj temi će se detaljno razmatrati analitička i eksperimentalna metoda ispitivanja grede na čisto savijanje. Laboratorijsko ispitivanje uzoraka provodimo na instrumentu HST11. Sva mjerenja se provode po tri puta za iste duljine raspona i prepusta radi eliminacije moguće pogreške mjerenja. Potom uzimamo aritmetičku sredinu izmjerenih pomaka koju ćemo usporediti sa veličinama pomaka iz analitičke metode dobivene jediničnom silom. Za rezultate ispitivanja koristimo uređaj HDA200 i mjerač pomaka, koji su sastavni dijelovi instrumenta HST11. Također, grede koje se testiraju se mogu sastojati od različitih materijala, a mi ćemo koristiti grede od čelika, mesinga te aluminija za ispitivanja. Cilj je dobiti što sličniju vrijednost pomaka iz eksperimentalnih i analitičkih metoda.
Abstract (english)
In this topic, the analytical and experimental method of testing a beam in pure bending will be considered in detail. Laboratory testing of samples is carried out on the HST11 instrument. All measurements are carried out three times for the same span and overhang lengths in order to eliminate possible measurement errors. After that, we take the arithmetic mean of the measured displacements, which we will compare with the displacement values from the analytical method obtained by unit force. For the test results, we use the HDA200 device and the displacement meter, which are integral parts of the HST11 instrument. Also, the beams being tested can consist of different materials, and we will use steel, brass and aluminum beams for testing. The goal is to obtain as similar as possible the value of displacements from experimental and analytical methods.
