Abstract
U završnom radu je prikazana izrada ponude za projekt ''OBITELJSKA STAMBENA GRAĐEVINA S POMOĆNOM GRAĐEVINOM – BAZENOM u Banjolama''. Prema projektantskoj dokumentaciji izrađene su analize jediničih cijena primjenom normativa te jediničnih cijena materijala iz raznih izvora te je na temelju kalkulacije cijena ispunjen ponudbeni troškovnik koji obuhvaća slijedeće radove: zemljani radovi, armiranobetonski i tesarski radovi, zidarski radovi, skela, limarski radovi, krovopokrivački radovi te fasaderski radovi. Napravljena je usporedba izrade međukatne i krovne konstrukcije korištenjem dvije tehnologije. Prva tehnologija je klasična gradnja, izrada oplate te armiranobetonske međukatne i krovne konstrukcije dok je druga tehnologija izrada međukatne i krovne konstrukcije po sistemu ''bijeli strop''.
Abstract (english)
The final paper presents the preparation of the offer for the project "FAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING WITH ANCILLARY BUILDING - SWIMMING POOL in Banjole". According to the design documentation, analyses of unit prices were made by applying standards and unit prices of materials from various sources, and based on the price calculation, a bid cost sheet was filled out, which includes the following works: earthworks, reinforced concrete and carpentry works, masonry works, scaffolding, sheet metal works, roofing works and facade works. A comparison was made of constructing mezzanine and roof structures using two technologies. The first technology is classic construction, the production of formwork and reinforced concrete mezzanine and roof constructions, while the second technology is the production of mezzanine and roof constructions according to the "white ceiling" system.
