Abstract
U ovom završnom radu opisane su neventilirane termo fasade koje se najčešće koriste. Analizirani su materijali termo izolacija te njihova usporedba u toplinskoj provodljivosti. Opisana su ljepila, profili za podnožje fasade, tiple za pričvršćivanje, mrežice, kutnici s mrežicom, PVC okapni profili, APU letvice, impregnacije te vrste završne žbuke. Također su opisani načini izvođenja fasade sa izolacijom od EPS-a, kamene vune i tekućeg pluta. Objašnjeni su problemi koji se mogu pojaviti prilikom izvođenja te naknadni problemi izazvani vanjskim utjecajima nakon ugradnje. Izražena je cijena ugradnje te cijena materijala po m2. Na kraju je opisano računanje trajanja izvođenja radova na jednom primjeru obiteljske kuće.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, non-ventilated thermal facades, which are most often used, are described. Thermal insulation materials were analyzed and their comparison in terms of thermal conductivity. Adhesives, profiles for the base of the facade, fixing dowels, nets, corners with a net, PVC gutter profiles, APU slats, impregnations and types of finishing plaster are described. Also described are the methods of creating a facade with insulation from EPS, stone wool and liquid cork. Problems that may arise during execution and subsequent problems caused by external influences after installation are explained. The price of installation and the price of materials per m2 is expressed. At the end, the calculation of the duration of the works on an example of a family house is described.
