Abstract
Završni rad bavi se proučavanjem dinamičkog odgovora jednostavnog modela zidanog stupa na pobudu podloge. Pomoću programa Python generiran je poseban numerički model koji će pokušati što preciznije opisati stvarno ponašanje takvog sustava. Model se sastoji od tri kruta bloka jednakih dimenzija i svojstava koji su međusobno povezani vezivom. Definirane su jednadžbe pomaka, opisan je elastični kontakt među blokovima, izvedena matrica krutosti i jednadžbe dinamičke ravnoteže za opis problema. Eksperimenti su provedeni u Laboratoriju za konstrukcije na Građevinskom fakultetu u Rijeci pomoću kidalice, stola za impulsno opterećenje i optičkog mjernog sustava. Na temelju rezultata kalibriran je numerički model tako da što bolje opisuje stvarna ponašanja ispitanog stupa. Takav numerički model se može koristiti za simulacije problema s različitim karakteristikama veziva i dimenzijama sustava, te u budućnosti može biti nadograđen.
Abstract (english)
The final thesis deals with the analysis of the dynamic response of a simple masonry column model to base excitation. A special numerical model was generated using Python, aiming to describe the real behavior of such a system as accurately as possible. The model consists of three rigid blocks of equal dimensions and properties, which are connected by an adhesive material. Displacement equations were defined, the elastic contact described, the stiffness matrix derived, and the equations of dynamic equilibrium developed to describe the problem. Experiments were conducted at the Laboratory for Structures at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Rijeka using a tensile-testing machine, an impulse loading table and an optical measurement system. Based on the results, the numerical model was calibrated to better describe the real behavior of the tested column. Such a numerical model can be used for simulations of problems with different binding characteristics and system dimensions and can be further upgraded in the future.
