Abstract
Ovaj rad analizira razvoj nestabilnosti u nožici umanjenog fizičkog modela kosine izloženog infiltraciji simulirane oborine i porastu razine podzemne vode. Platforma korištena za provedbu pokusa na umanjenom fizičkom modelu kosine nalazi se u Laboratoriju za geotehniku Građevinskog fakulteta u Rijeci. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata definirana je geometrija klizne plohe te su provedene analize stabilnosti korištenjem pojednostavljene Bishopove metode, za različite uvjete razine podzemne vode i parametara čvrstoće tla. Budući da sama metoda podrazumijeva iterativni pristup za izračunavanje faktora sigurnosti, postupak proračuna implementiran je u progamu Excel (Microsoft) a postupak i izrazi su detaljno prikazani u radu. Također, dana je teorijska osnova mogućih uzroka nastanka klizišta, neke osnovne klasifikacija klizišta, te kratak pregled metoda analize stabilnosti kosina. U praktičnom dijelu rada prikazane su osnovne karakteristike razmatranog pokusa u radu te su provedene analize stabilnosti s kratkom diskusijom i zaključcima.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the development of instability in the slope of a reduced physical model exposed to infiltration from simulated rainfall and a rise in groundwater level. The platform used for conducting experiments on the reduced physical slope model is located at the Geotechnics Laboratory of the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Rijeka. Based on the obtained results, the geometry of the slip surface was defined, and stability analyses were carried out using the simplified Bishop's method, for various conditions of groundwater levels and soil strength parameters. Since the method itself involves an iterative approach to calculating the factor of safety, the calculation process was implemented in Excel (Microsoft), and the procedure and expressions are presented in detail in the paper. Additionally, the theoretical basis of possible causes of landslides, some basic landslide classifications, and a brief overview of slope stability analysis methods are provided. In the practical part of the paper, the basic characteristics of the experiment considered are presented, along with stability analyses, followed by a brief discussion and conclusions.
