Abstract
Ovaj rad može se podijeliti u 2 djela: praktični i teoretski. U praktičnom djelu betoniraju su se uzorci od običnog betona koji su specifični po tome što se u njima na pola duljine i do pola visine ostavlja praznina između betona te se na to mjesto ugrađuje određeni broj vlakana. Uzorci se potom ispituju na savijanje uz kontrolu pomaka. Na taj način dobivaju se dijagrami sila-pomak na kojima se jasno vidi nelinearno ponašanje uzoraka. Dobiveni dijagrami koriste se u teoretskom djelu rada kao ulazni podatak za proračun. Teoretski dio rada obuhvaća izradu nelinearnog modela uzorka unutar programa Mathcad te proračun metodom konačnih elemenata. Nelinearna metoda koja se je koristila u proračunu je SLA (Sequential Linear Analysis) metoda. Konačni elementi koji opisuju beton su trokutni CST elementi (Constant Strain Triangle) dok je konačni element koji opisuje čelična vlakna štapni konačni element. Na kraju se uspoređuju rezultati ispitivanja sa rezultatima proračuna te se vrše određeni zaključci iz njihove usporedbe.
Abstract (english)
This thesis can be divided into two parts: practical and theoretical. In the practical part, concrete samples are made which are specific because they have a gap in their half-length and half height and in that place a specific number of fibers are embedded. The samples are then tested on bending with displacement control. In this way diagrams force-displacement are made where nonlinear behavior of the samples is clearly visible. The resulting diagrams are then used in the theoretical part of the thesis as an input for the analysis. The theoretical part of the work includes the development of non-linear model of the samples within the Mathcad program and finite element analysis. Non-linear method used in the analysis is SLA (Sequential Linear Analysis). Final elements that describe the concrete are triangular CST (Constant Strain Triangle) whereas a final element that describes steel fibers is bar finite element. Lastly, test results are compared with the results of the analysis and certain conclusions are made from their comparison.
