Abstract
Ovim radom se prikazuje razlika u odabiru tehnologiji za obrtničke radove (podopolagački, stolarski i fasaderski). A razlika koja se pojavljuje je u izradi rekonstrukcije fasade. Dom zdravlja Drenova je javni objekt. Ovaj se rad sastoji od nekoliko dijelova. Opis tehnologije radova koji sadrži detaljan opis svih radova koje je planirano tj. potrebno obaviti za rekonstrukciju, te način na koji će se svaki pojedini rad obaviti. Obaviti će se rekonstrukcija objekta, tako da se uz povoljan odabir tehnologije poboljša energetska učinkovitosti objekta. Trajanje izrade fasade se izračunavalo pomoću normativa. Izračunom trajanja izrade fasade odredio se broj i kategorizacija radnika za tu vrstu radova. Na kraju izrade rada ispisuje se usporedba tih dviju tehnologija, te u konačnosti zaključak.
Abstract (english)
This paper shows the difference in choice of technologies for work benches (cabinet marking, facade works). The difference that appears is in construction of facade. Health center is a public object. This paper is consists of a few parts. Description technology of working that contains elaborated description of all construction works that are planned i.e. necessary to do for reconstructions and ways of working for each one construction work. Construction works that should be done are also technically works. Reconstruction of objects will be done with suitable choice of technology that will improve class of energy efficiency of that object. Duration of construction facade was calculated with help of regulation. With calculating of construction facade is determined number and categorization of workers for that kind of construction work. In the end of writing this paper is written comparison of that two technologies and conclusion.
