Abstract
Ovim diplomskim radom analizirana je mogućnost primjene obnove kolnika postupkom hladne reciklaže. Opisani su faktori koji uzrokuju oštećenje kolnika poput faktora okoliša i faktora prometa. Općenito su opisani postupci obnove kolnika recikliranjem s obzirom na način obrade, vrući i hladni postupak i s obzirom na mjesto obrade, na licu mjestu (insitu) i na centralnom postrojenju (inplant). U radu je prikazan tehnološki postupak hladnog recikliranja asfaltnog kolnika na licu mjesta primjenom upjenjenog bitumena i cementa na obnovi kolničke konstrukcije državne ceste D303, dionica Rovinj – Rovinjsko selo. Prikazanim tehnološkim postupkom ostvaruje se visoki postotak iskoristivosti materijala iz postojeće kolničke konstrukcije čime je smanjena potreba za prirodnim materijalima i dodatnim transportom. Prikazanim rezultatima obnovljena kolnička konstrukcija s analiziranim postupkom ima potrebnu nosivost, monolitnost te otpornost na smrzavanje.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis analyzed the possibility application of road reconditioning by cold recycling process. Factors that cause road damage such as environmental factors and traffic factors are described. In general, the procedures for reclaiming the roadway are recycled according to the processing method, the hot and the cold process and with respect to the processing site, onsite and inplant. This paper presents a technological procedure for the cold recycling of asphalt pavement on site by applying bituminous and cement impregnated roadway reconstruction D303, dionica Rovinj – Rovinjsko selo. The technological procedure presented in the paper enables high percentage of material recovery from the existing pavement structure, and thus the need to use natural material is reduced. With the results presented the reconstructed pavement construction with the analyzed process has the required bearing capacity, monolithicity and freezing resistance.
