The construction organisation project for the construction of the sports gymnasium in Jarče Polje is based on the technical documentation and the cost estimates received from the contractor. The project is made from multiple chapters and subchapters which contain a detailed description of the location, the activities and their calculation. The goal of this project is to create a construction organisation project for the gymnasium in Jarče Polje . In the investigative research chapter the location and its atmospheric details are described. In the chapter of calculation of the duration of the activities and the dimensioning of the work groups, all the types of activities are described, the work groups are dimensioned and the number of needed machinery is also shown. In the construction organisation scheme, the locations inside the construction site and the connections between the locations inside the construction site are described. Located inside of the time plan chapter are the activities that will be performed, they are graphically shown on the gantt chart and are meaningfully arranged. Inside of the final report of the organisation and the technology of preforming the activities is the description of all the activities. The calculated results in the project indicate that the expected duration of construction works will last for 403 calendar days with the start of construction works beginning in the 23rd of May, 2022. and ending in the 30th of June, 2023. The construction organisation project is to get a detailed view of the duration of the activities, their chronology and the amount of resources invested in those same activities.
