Abstract
Diplomskim radom dat je pregled revitalizacije jezera na području Republike Hrvatske, te je navedeno par svjetskih primjera oživljavanja prostora uz jezera u urbanim područjima. Opisana je i „Step by Step“ procedura te Direktiva i zakonski okviri zaštite okoliša. U nastavku je rada, kroz idejno rješenje, prikazan prijedlog revitalizacije područja Medulinske lokve u Medulinu. Općina Medulin se nalazi na samom jugu Istarskog poluotoka, smještena je jugozapadno od grada Pule. Cilj rada je očuvanje postojeće biocenoze na Medulinskoj lokvi te buduća zaštita iste održavanjem sinergije čovjeka i prirode.
Abstract (english)
This Master Thesis gives an overview of lake revitalization in the Republic of Croatia, and also gives few examples of reviving the lake areas in urban districts of the world. The „Step by Step“ analysis, the EU Directive and Croatian legal frameworks for environmental protection are also described in the thesis. Through a conceptual solution it is given a suggestion for revitalization of Medulin pond area in Medulin. Municipality of Medulin is located in the very south of the Istrian peninsula, southeast of the city of Pula. The main focus of Master Thesis is to preserve the existing biocenosis on Medulin pond and its future protection by maintaining the synergy of man and nature.
