Abstract
Naselje Kozala smješteno je na sjevernom dijelu grada Rijeke, a zbog dobre prometne povezanosti sa sekundarnim centrima grada lociranim sjevernije, velika količina prometa se upravo preko Kozale kreće prema centru grada. U ovome radu analizirana je postojeća prometna infrastruktura šireg područja oko Volčićevog trga na Kozali s ciljem analize varijantnih rješenja i odabira najpovoljnijeg za promatranu zonu. Zadatak je analizirati funkcioniranje prometne infrastrukture te je unaprijediti na način da se osigura funkcionalnost prostora te sigurnost svih vidova prometa. Predložene su tri varijante prometnih rješenja promatrane zone te tri podvarijante. S obzirom na uvjete u postojećem stanju nastojalo se smanjiti broj parkirnih mjesta duž ulica te povećati prostor za kretanje pješaka pa su predložene i tri varijante uređenog parkinga - javni otvoreni parking, klasična garaža te mehanička garaža. Predložena prometna rješenja su vrednovana primjenom postupka višekriterijske analize te je odabrano optimalno rješenje.
Abstract (english)
Kozala is located in the northern part of the city of Rijeka and due to the good traffic connection with the secondary centers of the city further north, a large amount of traffic moves through Kozala towards the city center. In this master thesis the existing traffic infrastructure of the wider area around Volčić Square in Kozala is analyzed with the aim of analyzing variant solutions and selecting the best one for the observed zone. The task is to analyze the functioning of the traffic infrastructure and to improve it in a way to ensure the functionality of the space and the safety for all traffic participants. Three solutions of traffic infrastructure for the observed zone and three sub-solutions were proposed. Considering the conditions in the current state, an effort was made to reduce the number of parking spaces along the streets and to increase the space for pedestrians, so there are also suggested three types of arranged parking - public open parking, classic parking garage and an automated parking garage. Solutions of traffic infrastructure were evaluated using the multi-criteria analysis procedure and the optimal solution was selected.
