Abstract
U svrhu očuvanja kulturne baštine grada Rijeke, predviđena je rekonstrukcija lučke dizalice na lukobranu u luci Porto Baroš. Kompletna analiza dizalice bit će provedena kroz glavni projekt tvrtke I.T.T. d.o.o., dok je ovim radom obuhvaćen samo dio gornjih prostornih rešetki. Prateći dokumentaciju iz 1950ih godina, kada je dizalica projektirana, napravljeni su nacrti te računalni model konstrukcije. Opisana je lokacija na kojoj se dizalica nalazi te je detaljno opisana konstrukcija i svi njezini elementi. Zbog nejasnih podataka o kvaliteti čelika navedenih u dokumentaciji, provedeno je ispitivanje materijala dizalice. Uzorci dizalice testirani su u laboratoriju na uređaju za vlačno ispitivanje. Rezultat eksperimenta je dijagram koji daje podatke o mehaničkim svojstvima, a samim time i o kvaliteti čelika. Uz poznatu kvalitetu čelika, moguće je provesti statički proračun. Dizalica je modelirana u računalnom programskom paketu Tower gdje je proveden statički proračun uz poštivanje europskih normi i nacionalnog dodatka za Hrvatsku. Analiza je provedena za granično stanje nosivosti i granično stanje uporabljivosti. Kao rezultat analize, prikazane su reakcije u osloncima, dijagrami opterećenja, unutarnjih sila i pomaka, kao i kontrola stabilnosti. Proračun spoja proveden je u računalnom programu IDEA StatiCa. Zadovoljeni su svi uvjeti mehaničke otpornosti i stabilnosti konstrukcije.
Abstract (english)
In order to preserve the cultural heritage of the city of Rijeka, the reconstruction of the port crane on the breakwater in Porto Baroš harbor is planned. The full analysis of the crane will be conducted as part of the main project by I.T.T. d.o.o., focusing solely on a portion of the upper spatial trusses of the crane, which consist of four truss girders. Drawing upon documentation from the 1950s when the crane was originally designed, blueprints and a computer model of the structure were created. Due to unclear steel quality data in the documentation, material testing of the crane was conducted. Crane samples were tested in a laboratory using a tension testing machine. The experiment yielded a diagram providing mechanical property data, hence discerning steel quality. With the known steel quality, a static calculation could be conducted. The crane was modeled using the Tower computer software package for static calculations conforming to European standards and National Annex for Croatia. The analysis was conducted for the ultimate limit state and the serviceability limit state. The results included reactions at supports, load diagrams, internal forces, displacements, and stability checks. The connection calculation was performed in the IDEA StatiCa computer program, meeting all requirements for structural mechanical resistance and stability.
