Abstract
Ovaj završni rad obuhvaća izradu projekta organizacije građenja za višestambenu zgradu Green Hills Living 2. Izrada će obuhvaćati jednu zgradu nazivom dilatacija C skupa sa podzemnom garažom. Lokacija građevine je u području Karlovca na parceli površine 4119,00 m2. Građevina se sastoji od dvije zgrade (dilatacija C i D) koje su međusobno povezane podzemnom garažom na istoj temeljnoj ploči. Korišten je glavni projekt zgrade i troškovnik radova kao osnovna podloga za izradu. Cilj je organizirati radne grupe i strojeve da se u planiranom roku izvrši izgradnja objekta uz što manje vantroškovničkih radova. U obradi teme biti će prikazan vremenski proračun radova pomoću kojeg izrađujemo gantogram. Također, potrebno je izraditi shemu gradilišta u smislu smještaja privremenog sadržaja i kretanje unutar gradilišta.
Abstract (english)
This final work includes the creation of a construction organization project for the multi-apartment building Green Hills Living 2. The design will include one building called expansion C together with an underground garage. The location of the building is in the area of Karlovac on a plot of 4119.00 m2. The building consists of two buildings (extensions C and D) that are connected to each other by an underground garage on the same base plate. The main project of the building and the cost list of the works were used as the basic basis for the creation. The goal is to organize work groups and machines to complete the construction of the building within the planned period with as little extra-budget work as possible. In processing the topic, the time budget of the works will be presented, with which we create a Gantt chart. Also, it is necessary to create a scheme of the construction site in terms of placement of temporary contents and movement within the construction site.
