Abstract
Cilj završnog rada je proračunati kransku stazu za dvogrednu mosnu dizalicu. Prvi, teorijski dio rada, ukratko opisuje svrhu izvedbe industrijske hale te osnovnu podjelu tipova kranova. Svaki tip krana u nastavku je razrađen na način da su opisane najvažnije značajke pojedinog tipa krana. Nadalje je objašnjena uloga kranske staze, način njenog postavljanja i izvedbe te opterećenja koja na nju djeluju. Nakon teorijskog dijela, dan je proračun vertikalnih i horizontalnih djelovanja na kransku stazu za dvogrednu mosnu dizalicu ABUS ZLK 10 t x 24,5 m. Podaci za izračun uzeti su iz kataloga. Prema karakteristikama poprečnog presjeka nosač kranske staze je dimenzioniran za granično stanje nosivosti i granično stanje uporabivosti, te je napravljena provjera na umor nosača.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the final work is to calculate the crane track support for a two-girder bridge crane. The first, theoretical part, briefly describes the purpose of the industrial hall and the basic division of crane types. Each crane type is elaborated in such a way that the most important features of each crane type are described. Furthermore, it is explained the role of the crane track, the method of its installation and execution, and the loads that affect it. After the theoretical part, the calculation of vertical and horizontal actions on the crane track for two-girder bridge crane ABUS ZLK 10 t x 24.5 m operates is given. The data for the calculation are taken from the catalog. According to the cross-sectional characteristics, the crane track girder was dimensioned for the ultimate limit state and the limit state of usability, and then a fatigue check was made.
