Abstract
Završni rad prikazuje faze izgradnje stambeno-poslovne zgrade, te analizira primjenu građevinskih materijala u različitima fazama izgradnje. Za svaki je građevinski materijal opisana tehnologija izvođenja. Kroz analizu svojstava povezana je svrha koju taj materijal ispunjava. Naglasak rada je na uporabi betona i opeke u izvedbi konstruktivnih elemenata zgrade te, izvedbi standardnog ravnog krova sa svim njegovim slojevima. Također, opisuje kompletnu pripremu i izvedbu slojeva fasade uključujući premaze različitih ploha, temeljnu žbuku i završni sloj. U radu su opisane različite komponente mortova, ljepila i premaza korištenih pri izvedbi konstruktivnih elemenata, završnih obloga i dekorativnih elemenata. Opisana je tehnologija ugradnje bitumenske mješavine te izvedba prometnog priključka za pristup stambeno- poslovnom objektu.
Abstract (english)
The final paper presents the phases of construction of a business-residential building and analyzes the application of construction materials in different phases of construction. For each construction material, the execution technology is described. Through the analysis of properties, the purpose that the material fulfills is connected. The emphasis of the paper is on the use of concrete and brick in the construction of the building's structural elements and the execution of a standard flat roof with all its layers. It also describes the complete preparation and execution of the facade layers, including coatings of various surfaces, base plaster, and the final layer. The paper describes the various components of mortars, adhesives, and coatings used in the construction of structural elements, finishing coatings, and decorative elements. The technology of installing the bituminous mixture and the execution of the traffic connection for access to the business-residential building is also described.
