Abstract
Ovaj rad analizira primjenu BIM tehnologije u građevinarstvu s naglaskom na upotrebu BIM programskih alata. Uvodni dio rada obrađuje osnovne pojmove, koncepte i prednosti BIM- a u odnosu na tradicionalni način projektiranja i izvođenja građevinskih projekata. Glavni dio rada je praktični prikaz rada u odabranim BIM programima na primjeru objekta u kojem je smješten Građevinski fakultet u Rijeci, a uključuje izradu BIM modela, modeliranje građevinskih elemenata, statičku analizu, 4D model te vizualizaciju modela. Kroz stvarni primjer izgrađenog objekta rad prikazuje količinu i vrstu podataka koje ulaze u model pri primjeni BIM-a u projektiranju.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in construction with an emphasis on the use of BIM software tools. The introductory part of the work deals with the basic terms, concepts and advantages of BIM in relation to the traditional way of designing and executing construction projects. The main part of the work is a practical presentation of the work in selected BIM programs on the example of the building where the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Rijeka is located, and includes the creation of a BIM model, modeling of building elements, static analysis, 4D model and visualization of the model. Through a real example of a built object, the paper shows the amount and type of data that enter the model when applying BIM in design.
