Abstract
U radu će biti detaljno opisan i prikazan cijeli postupak ispitivanja čelika za armiranje, od same pripreme uzoraka do konačnog ispitivanja uzoraka, prema normi HRN EN ISO 15630-1:2010 koja se poziva na normu HRN EN ISO 6892-1:2016. Provođenjem ovog ispitivanja dobiti ćemo uvid u mehanička svojsva čelika u ovisnosti o brzini nanošenja opterećenja. Normom HRN EN ISO 6892-1:2016 su definirane dvije metode ispitivanja, metoda A i B, od kojih je normom preporučena metoda A koja koristi kontrolu brzine deformacije. Vlačno ispitivanje čelika za armiranje biti će provedeno na uzorcima armaturnih šipki B500B primjenom metoda A1, A2 i B u skladu s normom HRN EN ISO 6892-1:2016.
Abstract (english)
The whole procedure for the reinforcement steel from the sample preparation itself to the final sample testing will be described in detail and presented in accordance with HRN EN ISO 15630-1:2010, which is referred to HRN EN ISO 6892-1:2016. By carrying out this test, we will gain insight into the mechanical properties of the steel depending on the rate of application of the test speed. Norms HRN EN ISO 6892-1: 2016 define two test methods, methods A and B, of which method A is recommended since it uses the strain control according to the norm. Tensile testing of reinforcing steel willll be carried out on samples of reinforcing rods B500B using methods A1, A2 and B according to HRN EN ISO 6892-1: 2016.
